Which countries does Spaghetti Boulder ship to?
We ship throughout Italy (mainland and islands) and throughout Europe.
What are the shipping costs?
- Italy : free for orders over €100 , otherwise €6.95
- Europe (EU) : €10 flat rate
What are the delivery times?

What happens if a product is not available?
If an item is no longer available:
- You will be contacted immediately
- We will only be able to ship items that are available

How many days do I have to return an item?
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
What condition must the products be in for return?

How can I request a return?
- Log in to your account on the Rock Experience website.
- Enter the order you want to return and click on “request return” .
- Select the items, fill out the form and submit the request.
- You will receive a confirmation email and, subsequently, the approval or rejection of the return.
Where should I send returned items?
After approval, ship the items with a courier of your choice to:

Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs arethe responsibility of the customer.
