Shipping destinations

Spaghetti Boulder ships throughout Italy (including the mainland and islands) and to all countries within the European Union.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free within Italy on all orders of €100.00 or more.
For orders below €100.00, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.
For all other EU countries, a flat shipping rate of €10.00 applies.

Delivery times

Once the availability of the ordered items has been confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours.
Delivery is generally completed within 4 business days from the date of dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

Product availability

Although we make every effort to ensure product availability, exceptionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
Should this occur, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If only part of your order is available, we reserve the right to ship the available items separately. Any unavailable item(s) will be refunded using the original payment method.

Damaged deliveries

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or shows signs of tampering, we kindly ask you to sign for the delivery with reservation and inspect the contents as soon as possible.
