Refund policy

RETURN

To request a return, you need to:

  1. log in to the website using the account used to place the order, access your order and select the “request return” option;
  2. select the item or items you wish to return and complete the relevant form by providing the reasons for the return;
  3. you will receive a confirmation email regarding your return request. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a notification informing you whether the return has been approved or rejected.

For the return to be approved:

  • all items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery;
  • items must be in their original condition;
  • clothing items must be unwashed and never worn.

      If your return is approved:

      • you must ship the items to be returned using a courier of your choice to the following address:

        (e-commerce return)
      • On the box/package used to ship the goods, you must indicate your name and order number.

      REFUND

      • The refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected to ensure that it is in its original condition.
      • If approved, the refund will then be processed and issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase, within 10 business days.

       

      SHIPPING COSTS

      • Original shipping costs are not refundable.
      • You are responsible for the shipping costs.
